Return Refund Policy

These terms and conditions supersede any other sale terms and agreements. Please note that our hair loss products are personal care products and do not provide any treatment or cure for any skin or hair conditions.

 Returns: We believe in customer service, unlike many other companies. We want your experience with our products to be the best possible, but due to their nature, we can't accept returns. We do this for quality and sanitation reasons to ensure all customers receive a clean product; we can't accept any returns.

However, if the product you purchased did not meet your expectations, please return it to us within 7 days of receiving it, request a replacement of equal value, or a refund. We do not provide return labels for any orders. Orders not returned after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted. This does not apply to private labels or wholesale purchases. The customer will be responsible for the second set of shipping fees for the product replacement. Please note we DO NOT provide return labels, no matter the reason for return, and all items in the order must be returned unopened and unused.

Private-label and contract-manufactured products are non-refundable and non-returnable after raw materials have been purchased or production has begun. If, in any event, the distributor believes the product failed specs, proof of such failure shall be provided within 30 days, validated by 3 different retesting labs, with a full report and the qualifications of the technician and the testing lab provided.

 Private label payments made by wire transfer will be refunded within 30 days of order cancellation. If any material purchases were made before cancellation, the purchase amount will be deducted from the refund. If no material was purchased before cancellation, you will receive a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of irreconcilable differences.

There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items, regardless of the reason. Shipping costs paid at the time of order are nonrefundable; only the cost of the products is refundable, because UPS will not refund any shipping charges once services have already been rendered.  Opened or used products cannot be returned. Unused, unopened products returned within 7 days in good condition will receive store credit, which can be used for future orders. This policy applies to all our products on all our websites.

All products are offered in good faith but without guarantee. Due to the variety of industries served, products are sold without any warranty. Purchasers will, through their own testing and evaluation, determine the suitability of such products for their specific use. We assume no liability for damage and/or injury resulting from the use of products supplied by this company. In no event will we be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damage resulting from loss of use or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use/suitability of products. While we test all products, we cannot guarantee that they will suit everyone. The instructions or tips we offer are based on our personal experiences. We cannot guarantee that these will work in your circumstances. All prices and policies are subject to change without notice.
