These terms and conditions supersede any other sale terms and agreements. Please note that our hair loss products are personal care products and do not provide any treatment or cure for any skin or hair conditions.
Returns: We believe in customer service, unlike many other companies. We want your use of our products to be the best possible experience you have had in a long time, but due to the nature of our products, we can't handle returns. We do this for quality and sanitation reasons, to make sure that all customers are getting a clean product, we can't accept any returns.
However, if the product you purchased did not meet your expectations, please send it back to us within 7 days of receiving your product, request a replacement with another product of the same value, or a refund. We do not provide return labels for any returning orders. Orders not returned after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted. This does not apply to private label or wholesale purchases. The customer will be responsible for the second shipping fees for product replacement. Please note we DO NOT provide return labels no matter the reason for return, and all items in the order must be returned unopened and unused.
Private-label and contract-manufactured products are non-refundable and non-returnable after raw materials have been purchased or production has begun. If, in any event, the distributor feels the product failed specs, proof of such failure shall be provided within 30 days, validated by 3 different retesting labs with a full report, technician and testing lab qualifications provided.
Private label payments made by wire transfer will be refunded within 30 days of order cancellation. If any material purchases were made before cancellation, the purchase amount will be deducted from the refund. If no material was purchased before cancellation, you will receive a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of irreconcilable differences.
.There is a 20% restock fee on all returned items no matter the reason for the return, shipping cost paid at the time of order are not refundable only the cost of the products because UPS will not refund any shipping charge when services have already been rendered. Opened or used products cannot be returned. Unused and unopened products returned after 7 days in good condition will receive a store credit, which can be used for future orders. This policy applies to all our products on all our websites.

.Our Distributors Please note: Distributing skin whitening products to some African countries could be very challenging because: 1) They may not use the products as directed. 2)Humidity and temperature is remarkably high, and UV damage is common. 3) Many of them are exposed to sun damage on daily basis, so result may not be as seen with the European users. 4) 75% of them use high percentage hydroquinone products with steroids leaving their skin resistant to natural products. 5) Expectations could be unrealistic; some expect their skin to turn from black to white bulb color in 2 days of use. For this reason, so we recommend distributors to test the products before wholesale or private label purchasing.
