Privacy policy

Our Non-Disclosure Commitment to All Customers: Natural Skin & Research Laboratories holds confidential Information relating to products, processes, know-how, designs, formulas, developmental or experimental work, computer programs, data base, other original works of authorship, customer lists, business plans, financial information or other subject matter pertaining to any business or products of the buyer or any of its clients, consultants or licenses, buying habits or practices of any customer, vendor or supplier of the buyer. Confidential Information shall not include the following: information already in the public domain at the time of this contract, information within the possession of seller prior to execution of this agreement; and information disclosed to seller by a third party, which does not, in making such disclosure, breach an obligation of confidentiality to buyer.

We acknowledge that the products of our buyer, private client, contract and private label clients information concerning the use, distributing, design and manufacture of said products, constitutes their valuable trade and personal secrets. Natural Skin & Research Laboratories maintain as confidential all such technical and cosmetics information or other information which is made available undisclosed to the third party.
